Most orders ship from our USA warehouses, including our main warehouse in Los Angeles, California. In rare cases where local inventory is unavailable, orders may ship directly from an international manufacturer via express air freight, which may add approximately 3–5 business days.

Pre-Orders: Average estimated ship-out time is 4–6 weeks, but may range from 1 week to 3 months depending on production and supply conditions.

Freight (LTL) Orders: Large items may ship by freight carrier. You must be present for delivery and inspect the shipment before signing the BOL. Any visible damage must be photographed and clearly noted on the BOL with the driver's acknowledgment. Storage fees may apply if delivery is not scheduled promptly after arrival at the local terminal.

International & Non-Lower 48 Orders: Additional shipping charges may apply. International deliveries may take up to 3–4 weeks, and any customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Package Protection: Optional Guaranteed Package Protection is available at checkout and covers eligible loss, damage, or theft while the package is in transit. Loss or theft after confirmed delivery is not covered.

All processing, transit, and pre-order timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, production, and other delays may occur. Free shipping does not include a guaranteed delivery date.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• 15% restocking fee applies to returns
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping costs, shipping insurance, and additional fees are non-refundable
• Returns must be authorized before being sent back
• Issued return labels are valid for 14 calendar days

Non-Returnable Items:
Special orders, pre-orders, custom/personalized products, sale items, and other products listed as non-returnable cannot be returned or cancelled under our standard return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping damage claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Other defects or issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Damage caused by installation, improper handling, road use, impacts, scrapes, rock chips, or other external causes is not covered.

Exchanges:
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

International Returns:
International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Any customs duties or taxes charged to XGENAUTO for the return will be deducted from the refund.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

XGENAUTO products include limited warranty coverage against qualifying manufacturing defects. Coverage varies by product type and any product-specific warranty terms shown on the product page will apply.

Electronic Products:
Unless otherwise stated, electronic products include a 6-month (180-day) limited warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects.

Body Parts:
New, non-electronic body parts are covered against material manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery. Aftermarket body parts may require professional preparation and adjustment for proper installation, including alignment, sanding, trimming, drilling, shaping, or minor modification. Reasonable fitment variations that can be corrected through normal professional installation are not considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Improper installation, wiring, modification, misuse, or handling
• Accidents, impacts, road hazards, scraping, or road debris
• Normal wear and tear or environmental damage
• Vehicle electrical issues or damage caused by other components
• Installation-related or cosmetic damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect
• Reasonable aftermarket fitment, color, or finish variations

Painted Products:
Painted or color-matched aftermarket parts are not guaranteed to provide an exact color match. Professional blending, polishing, preparation, or refinishing may be required.

Before Installation:
Please carefully inspect and test-fit all products before installation, painting, modification, or refinishing. If you notice a possible defect, contact us before proceeding.

Warranty Claims:
Photos, videos, installation information, troubleshooting, or return of the product may be required to verify a warranty claim. Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement of the product or component, or another applicable remedy.

Warranty coverage applies to the product itself and generally does not cover third-party labor, installation, removal, paint, body work, towing, rental vehicles, or other related expenses, except where required by applicable law.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel a pre-order order within 1 hour if placed by mistake (2.7% + 30c cancellation transaction fee applies)

If your cancellation request is received after 1 hour of purchase, a 20% Pre-Order cancellation fee will be charged on the value of that item as your Pre-Order is considered to be fully committed after 1 hour of purchase. 

If the order has been fulfilled, then you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a return once delivered. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

Cancellations must be requested via email. We do not accept cancellation requests via dm or text message.
