Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment in order to reserve these products for you.

You can cancel a pre-order order within 1 hour if placed by mistake (2.6% + 30c cancellation transaction fee applies)

If your cancellation request is received after 1 hour of purchase, a 20% Pre-Order cancellation fee will be charged on the value of that item as your Pre-Order is considered to be fully committed after 1 hour of purchase. 

If the order has been fulfilled, then you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a return once delivered. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
