Freight Shipments by LTL carriers have an extended estimated transit time of 7-14 business days due to the increased handling requirements for freight shipping.

Where Do We Ship From?
Most of our products are shipped out from our USA warehouses to ensure premium quality and fast fulfillment. Our main warehouse is located in Los Angeles, California.
We also hold inventory in other USA fulfillment warehouses outside of California.
In the rare case that an item is unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable locally, we may ship directly from an international manufacturer using express air freight. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
International Shipping:
We proudly ship worldwide and have customers all around the globe.
International shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination.
*For some oversized items, additional shipping charges may be required for international shipments and non lower 48 USA states & territories (Hawaii, Alaska, PR, Guam etc..) If you are shipping internationally or outside of the lower 48 USA states please contact us to double check shipping costs*
Please be aware that delays are possible due to customs, carrier availability, and other factors.
If you are delivering to a country outside of the USA, customs duties and taxes may be collected by the carrier upon or prior delivery. Customs duty and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient/customer and are not included as part of our shipping costs charged on XGENAUTO.COM.
Please consult your carrier or local government agency to determine what customs duties you may be liable for when importing our products into your country.
How Can I Track My Order?
You should receive an email containing tracking information within (7) business days after ordering. If you have not received an email please let us know.
Most orders will ship within (5) business days and be delivered within (21) business days from order date.
Pre-Orders
Estimated ship-out time is approximately 4–6 weeks on average, but may vary depending on production and supply conditions. Orders may ship as quickly as 1 week or take up to 3 months in certain cases.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including manufacturing, logistics, and customs processing.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Cancelling a Pre-Order results in a 20% Pre-Order cancellation fee in accordance with our refund policy.
Notice Regarding Missing or Damaged Packages
XGENAUTO does not cover theft or damages that occur on your property so please ensure you or someone you trust can receive the package and secure it upon delivery.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is assumed that the item is in your possession.
Please make sure that you or someone your trust is home to receive and secure your package once it is delivered. If there are any delays, issues, or questions regarding shipping please reach out to the carrier responsible for delivering your item first before contacting our team as they will have the most up to date information.
Guaranteed Package Protection (Shipping Insurance) may be purchased by selecting the option on the cart page. Shipping insurance covers cases of loss, damage, or theft during transit when a package is with the carrier. Loss, damage, or theft that occurs after delivery is not covered. For freight shipments by LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers, any damages or losses must be written on the BOL (Bill of Lading) document and signed off by the delivery driver in order to be submitted as valid evidence for shipping insurance coverage.
