Where Do We Ship From?

Most of our products are shipped out from our USA warehouses to ensure premium quality and fast fulfillment. Our main warehouse is located in Los Angeles, California.

We also hold inventory in New Jersey/New York, Chicago, Cincinnati, and Philadelphia. 

In the rare case that an item is out of stock or unavailable locally, we may ship directly from an international manufacturer using express air freight. Any additional shipping charges will be covered by XGENAUTO in this case.

International Shipping:

We proudly ship worldwide and have customers all around the globe.

International shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the destination.

*For some oversized items, additional shipping charges may be required for international shipments and non lower 48 USA states & territories (Hawaii, Alaska, PR, Guam etc..) If you are shipping internationally or outside of the lower 48 USA states please contact us to double check shipping costs*

How Can I Track My Order?

You should receive an email containing tracking information within (1-3) business days after ordering. If you have not received an email please let us know and we will be happy to provide you with one.

Notice Regarding Lost or Missing Packages

XGENAUTO is only responsible for the shipments purchased by the buyer up until a shipping carrier has confirmed delivery via Tracking.

XGENAUTO does not cover theft or damages that occur on your property so please ensure you or someone you trust can receive the package and secure it upon delivery.

Guaranteed Shipping Protection Insurance can be purchased to protect against damage or losses that occur while a carrier is in possession of your package.

Shipping Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@xgenauto.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There is a mandatory 20% Re-Stocking Fee on all return items and cancelled orders. Original shipping costs and fees will not be refunded.
