Where Do We Ship From?

All of our products are shipped out from our California warehouse to ensure premium quality and fast fulfillment. In the rare case that an item is out of stock or unavailable locally, we may ship directly from an international manufacturer using express air freight. Any additional shipping charges will be covered by XGENAUTO in this case.

*For some oversized items, additional shipping charges may be required for international shipments and non lower 48 USA states & territories (Hawaii, PR, Guam etc..) If you are shipping internationally or outside of the lower 48 USA states please contact us to double check shipping costs*

Shipping Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@xgenauto.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There is a mandatory 20% Re-Stocking Fee on all return items and cancelled orders. Original shipping costs and fees will not be refunded.

Buyer pays return shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS.
