You may request a return for your item as long as it has been less than 30 days after delivery and your items are in new/unused condition with all original parts and packaging.

You may submit a warranty claim if your order is still under our 6 month warranty.

To submit a claim, email our team at hello@xgenauto.com with your XGA Order Number, photos and/or video showing the issue, and the description of the product issue.

The majority of our items get delivered in just 3-5 business days. 

Larger items such as bumpers and full body kits may be shipped via a Freight Truck carrier which normally takes around 5-7 business days to deliver. 

On rare occasions, packages may be delayed due to weather or other operational issues. Please kindly allow some additional time for delivery in these cases. 

Normally orders will be processed and packed the next business day after placing your order and then picked up from our facility within 24-48 hours by the shipping carrier.

The average time in between when an order is placed and starts moving within a shipping carrier's network is between 1-3 business days.

If you place an order on a Friday or over a Weekend, your order will be packed the following Monday for shipment. 

Tracking is provided immediately once the carrier has possession of the package.
